Returns Policy
If something is wrong with your order
If your print arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the print and its packaging. You can choose a free replacement or a full refund, and you don't need to send the damaged item back.
Changing your mind
Every print is made to order for you. You can cancel for a full refund if you email us before your order goes into production. Once production has started, it can't be stopped.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any right to cancel that applies where you live.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, please email [email protected].
